Recently, Jiangsu Daming imported two sets of TRUMPF 3060 fiber, and relying on its wider range of processing, better processing quality and lower energy consumption, the input of the equipment will greatly enhance the ability of Daming’s cutting process.
The working table of the equipment is 6 x 2.5m, which extends the machining range of the cutting parts and surpasses the other equipment of the same level. The processing power of the fiber optic device can reach 6000W and the theoretical machining thickness can reach 25mm, which breaks the limitation of the opticalfiber equipment which could only cut thin plate. Relying on its excellent performance,the equipment could also cut thick carbon steel with smooth cutting section.
TRUMPF3060 fiber has the same processing capability as TRUMPF 8000 CO₂ laser cutting, and avoids two times of positioning, which greatly improves the cutting accuracy. Compared with the CO₂ laser cutting, the energy consumption is lower and high photoelectric conversion rate is higher.
The input of new equipment fully reflects Daming's practice of green production with the concept of low consumption and high efficiency, and will greatly expand the diversity of cutting and cutting platform selection, so as to provide better services for customers.
