Recently, Daming Heavy Industry completed theprocessing of over length tube sheets for an environment protection enterprisein Zhejiang, and the quality of the tube sheets was approved by the customer.
The material of the tube sheets forpre-heaters is Q235, and the products specification is 11500mm×1910mm×25mm,which is the longest products that Daming has ever processed. There are 2944holes on a tube sheet which should be drilled at first and then be boring.
According to the required diameter of thefinished product, Daming heavy Industry drilled small holes at first, and thenfine processed these holes and corrected the plate surface. After strictlyinspection, the customer is quite satisfied with the products quality andservice of Daming.
