June 27, Da Ming and Shanghai Electric Nuclear power Group signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement in the Heavy Equipment Base of Shanghai Lingang New City. President of Shanghai Electric Nuclear power Group Shao Jianming, Vice president Li Huagang and Xu Kaixiang, technical director Yu Xiufeng, Chairman of Da Ming’s board of directors Zhou Keming, president Jiang Changhong, Vice president Lu ping and other leaders of Shanghai Electric Nuclear Power Group and Da Ming Group attended the signing ceremony.
On the ceremony, Chairman Zhou Keming and President Shao Jianming signed the overall framework agreement, while General Manager of Daming Heavy Industry Wang Jian signed a specific cooperation agreement with Shanghai No.1 machine tool factory and Shanghai electric nuclear power group Equipment Company.
Chairman Zhou Keming and his delegates also visited the workshops of Shanghai Electric Nuclear power Group’s branch companies, such as Shanghai No.1 machine tool factory, Shanghai electric nuclear power group Equipment Company, etc and held an informal discussion at the headquarter of Shanghai electric and nuclear power group.
