Recently,Taiyuan TISCO-Daming processing center successfully finished pure nickel coildecoiling and slitting for the first time. The total weight of the material is9.8 tons, while the thickness is 1.0mm and the width is from 1354mm to 1356mm.the customer required that the width of the material should be between 1348mmand 1352mm after being slit. Due to its softness and high value of nickel, thematerial processing is quite difficult.
Throughmany research meetings and field experiments, Taiyuan TISCO-Daming technicaldepartment reasonably adjusted the equipment and completed the processing ontime with high quality.
